Fight Gone Bad; sort of

3 Rounds, 45 seconds per station of:
  • Wall ball (20lb/14lb)
  • SDLHP (35/25)
  • Box Jump (20in)
  • Push press (35/25)
  • Row for calories.
At the completion of each exercise there is a 15sec rest, there is no rest at the end of each round.
