Step 1

Come and Try
CrossFit is such a comprehensive way to fitness and better wellbeing it is difficult to explain so we offer a free trial session so you can check it out. We'll explain what it's about, run through some CrossFit basics on movement, mobility and nutrition and answer your questions. After you've done your free session you can join straight away (experienced CrossFitters) or jump into the Fundamentals Course and begin your path to fitness and wellness.

Step 2
Fundamentals Course for beginners (including 2-week's membership)
If, after your free session, you would like to join us, then you will need to complete our start-up course, consisting of two educational sessions within a 2-week membership. We will cover the nine fundamental movements and will brief you on nutrition, mobility, rest and CrossFit lingo. 

You will learn the following fundamental movements:

  1. Squat
  2. Front squat
  3. Overhead squat
  4. Strict press
  5. Push press
  6. Push jerk
  7. Deadlift
  8. Sumo deadlift high-pull
  9. Med-ball clean

Sessions are run two mornings and three evenings per week. If timing is a problem, call and we may be able to make other arrangements.

Once you have completed the Fundamentals Course you are free to continue your membership and attend any of the group sessions and open gym sessions.

Membership sign-up for experienced CrossFitters
If you have been doing CrossFit for more than 3 months and are competent at the 9 fundamental movements, you can simply sign-up and start your membership straight away.
