(this is just the deadlift, no high pull)
AMRAP 12 Minutes
- Run 100m
- 2 x Under Bar *
- 10 Burpees
- 10 KB Cleans (each arm)
(Bars will be set low on the J hooks; you need to slide under twice per set, moving in the same direction)
