Sumo Deadlift -5-5-5-5-5
(this is just the deadlift, no high pull)

AMRAP 12 Minutes

  • Run 100m
  • 2 x Under Bar *
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 KB Cleans (each arm)
(Bars will be set low on the J hooks; you need to slide under twice per set, moving in the same direction)
