Saturday Group Outdoor

As a team with 20lb & 14lb wall balls

  • Run 400m
  • 100 Wall ball squat tosses (between team members)
  • Run 400m
  • 100 WB Sit ups - passing ball.
  • Run 400m
  • 100 OH Lunges
Ball must be off the ground at all times. Each time the ball touches the ground do 5 burpees before continuing.
