Partners
Partner 1 performs the first exercise while partner 2 attempts as many of exercise 2 as possible. Swap exercises untill all 200 of the first exercise are completes as a couple.

2 Rounds

  • 200 Skips / Max KB swings
  • Run 200m
  • 200 Tyre Hammers / Max Push ups
  • Run 200m
  • 200 Ball slams / Max Sit ups
  • Run 200m

Agility run - 10 Laps with 10 squats each lap
