Rest day


Stretch  & mobilise. If you keep this up maybe one day you will be as fit as these old fossils.





These are some of the top Masters Athletes from last year. The youngest age group is 45-50, the oldest is 60+. 


This old fart goes pretty good too when he's fit. That weight is 120kg & we had to do as many Deadlifts in a minute before a 2.5k run. I think i got about 10.
