Programming this week will be a little mixed as we try to set some benchmarks.


a) 3 minutes for as many Double Unders as possible
      (we have speed ropes to whip you with)


b) 3 x 400m runs (rest 60secs between each)


c) Run 100m for time in 10m shuttles.
