10,9,8,......2,1

  • Deadlift
  • Hang Power Clean
  • Push Press
Complete 10 deadlifts, 10 HPC, 10 PP; then 9 of each etc. 
Goal - try to not put the bar down for all 3 movements so the bar never touches the floor until retured there to begin the next set of deadlifts.
