Partners WOD

  • 50 Skips /  Air Squats
  • 75 Skips /  Back Squats
  • 100 Skips / Front Squats
  • 125 Skips / Overhead Squats

Partner 1 skips & partner 2 completes as many of the exercise as possible; then swap. After each partner has completed 50 skips & a set of squats move on to the set of 75 etc.
Scoring is for the total number of squats and thrusters completed.
