AS this is our come & try week we will be running a selection of WOD's rather than a normal program. These are intended to give people new to CrossFit a feel for CrossFit style workouts.
Today we have a varied and scaled brenchmark workout named Barbara.
3 rounds for time
20 Kettlebell Swings
30 Push Ups
40 Sit Ups
50 Squats
Rest 2 minutes between rounds
