As teams, complete as much of the following as possible in 30 minutes
- 100 KB Swings
- 100 Push Ups
- 100 Sit Ups
- 100 Squats
- 30 KB Snatches
- 30 KB Clean & Jerks
- 150 DB Thrusters
- Run 800m
- 30 SDLHP (KB)
- 30 Push ups
