9am  - Little Bay
As teams, complete as much of the following as possible in 30 minutes

  • 100 KB Swings
  • 100 Push Ups
  • 100 Sit Ups
  • 100 Squats
  • 30 KB Snatches
  • 30 KB Clean & Jerks
  • 150 DB Thrusters
  • Run 800m
  • 30 SDLHP (KB)
  • 30 Push ups
  • 50-40-30-20-10
  • Skip & Burpee
