The Bear Complex
Each set performed 7 times is 1 round for 5 rounds:
- Power Clean
- Front Squat
- Push press
- Back Squat
- Push Press
Rest between rounds but not between sets - tough & go for the 7 sets.
Work up to max weight adding weight each round.
Little Bay - 9am
- Agility run - 6 sets each
- Partner skips
Rest
3 Rounds Each
- Farmers Walk - 100m
- Partner Holds Plate Overhead
- If the plate is dropped or touched the head both partners complete 5 burpees each.
Rest
KB Swings in intervals for total number
- 2 minutes (as a pair)
- 1 minute rest
