The Bear Complex
Each set performed 7 times is 1 round for 5 rounds:

  • Power Clean
  • Front Squat
  • Push press
  • Back Squat
  • Push Press
Rest between rounds but not between sets - tough & go for the 7 sets.
Work up to max weight adding weight each round.




Little Bay - 9am

  • Agility run - 6 sets each 
  • Partner skips 
Rest
3 Rounds Each
  • Farmers Walk - 100m
  • Partner Holds Plate Overhead
  • If the plate is dropped or touched the head both partners complete 5 burpees each.
Rest

KB Swings in intervals for total number
  • 2 minutes (as a pair)
  • 1 minute rest
