- 15 Chest to bar Pull Ups
If you complete 90 reps in 4 minutes, time extends to 8 minutes.
If you complete 180 reps in 8 minutes, time extends to 12 minutes. etc.
As an alternate, those wishing to do this in the afternoon or Saturday can work skills & techniques & run through a few short sets (5 & 5) with just a bar.
