  • 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push ups, 15 Squats

In 10 Minutes complete
5 Rounds of
  • 6 KB Cleans (alternating arms)
  • 9 KB Swings
  • 12 Goblet Squats
In the remaining time complete as many Double unders as possible
