Tennis ball throw (coordination & accuracy)
Throw the ball at the wall & catch without letting it bounce

  • 1 Minute Rt arm, catch any way
  • 30 secs rest
  • 1 Minute Left arm, catch any way
  • 30 secs rest
  • 1 Minute Rt, catch with left
  • Rest 30sec
  • 1 Minute Left, catch with Rt
Penalty is 1 burpee each time the ball touches the ground.
Count number of successful throws & catch.

Then
  • 30 Weighted Lunges
  • 10 Floor Presses
  • 20 Weighted Lunges
  • 10 Floor Presses
  • 10 Weighted Lunges
  • 10 Floor presses
