Throw the ball at the wall & catch without letting it bounce
- 1 Minute Rt arm, catch any way
- 30 secs rest
- 1 Minute Left arm, catch any way
- 30 secs rest
- 1 Minute Rt, catch with left
- Rest 30sec
- 1 Minute Left, catch with Rt
Penalty is 1 burpee each time the ball touches the ground.
Count number of successful throws & catch.
Then
- 30 Weighted Lunges
- 10 Floor Presses
- 20 Weighted Lunges
- 10 Floor Presses
- 10 Weighted Lunges
- 10 Floor presses
