Tag Team - FGB format

5 Rounds - 1 minute rest between rounds

1 Minute at each station as a pair for as many reps as possible

  • Partner Clapping Push Ups
  • Partner Hi 5 Sit Ups
  • Partner Hi 5 Squats (bottom & top)

Then
3 sets each of Suicide relay (1 min rest between)
