Tabata Mashup

8 rounds of the following set of four exercises performed consecutively - 20 seconds work & 10 seconds rest for each exercise:

  • DB Swings
  • Push ups
  • Sit Ups
  • Squats
Count number of reps for each 20sec set & total at the end.
