Partner WOD

8 Rounds

  • 10 Split Jerks (40/30)
  • Front rack hold
Partner 1 performs 10 Split Jerks while P2 holds the bar on shoulders standing in the front squat rack position. 
Both partners are to complete 8 rounds of Split Jerks.
If either bar touches the ground there is a 5 Burpee penalty
