  • Run 800m in 20m shuttle relay
AMRAP Heaven
  • 3 mins Partner squats - high 5 at bottom
  • 2 mins partner clapping sit ups
  • 1 min partner clapping push ups
  • Rest 1 min between each
  • As a group 200m walking lunge, one person resting
  • 50 Burpees as a group, one person working
Rest, roll, mobilise, stretch.
