Rained out yesterday so we're going to do a repeat with a variation.

We will be changing the programming a little to reflect the sessions most people are getting in a week. 
We'll be going to a five on, two off format with Saturdays either having an emphasis on flexibility, catch up on a missed WOD or some teamwork with a fun element.
